We would like to introduce our digital workforce management App and Software, for real time staff attendance monitoring. It includes the function to quickly and easily prepare staff rotas and schedules, tasks and locations. Staff can ask for holidays and time off, report sick leave and see their up-coming rotas as well as their past attendance via the App. Management can see in real time who is on site, absent or on holiday. Wages are calculated precisely to the minute leaving management time to get on with running other aspects of their business.
Projects, tasks and locations are supported in the App for staff and contractors, everyone knows what to do, and when. Everything all in one place.

About Us
Attila Kasler, a professional software engineer, has been developing systems for over 15 years. Dental CRM, iOS and Android applications, indoor-outdoor navigations, automations, valeting solutions for hotels, and more. The creation of The Work App also stemmed from a request, initiated by an inquiry from a prominent client.
The client, a small cleaning company, faced difficulties in tracking their employees. They mentioned the challenge of monitoring employees who worked at night, never being sure if they were working or not. Additionally, the company wanted to terminate contracts with multiple office buildings because they discovered pre-filled paper attendance sheets.
Attila thought about this, conducted research, and felt there was a market gap for an application that digitally tracks staff and can send validated attendance sheets according to the client's needs. Initially, a very simple solution designed exclusively for cleaning companies was created.
Attila actively participated in every presentation, collecting experiences and requirements. The clever integration of these insights into the system, along with numerous redesigns and addressing real problems across various sectors by expanding and optimizing modules over more than 5 years, resulted in a comprehensive system providing solutions to actual problems.
These were the steps in transforming the Work App into what it is today.
Since its humble beginnings, the application has evolved with numerous useful features, becoming a sophisticated, intelligent application and administrator portal. It aims to simplify the lives of employers and employees as we advance into the digital age.
The App first appeared in Hungary in 2019 and then in Switzerland in 2022 – achieving great success in both countries. The Work App, an entrepreneurial venture, was launched in the United Kingdom in October 2023.
Just two months into trading, The Work App received recognition in the Kingston Borough Business Awards, being shortlisted in the best digital communication category.

The Work App welcomes affiliates who feel they can recommend the App and Software to their existing database. The software is recommended for payroll companies, HR or accountants who have an existing database where they can see their clients struggling with pay and hours and feel that the Work App could potentially benefit and help them.
The Work App can be white labelled and API integration for accounting or payroll software is also possible.
