This makes employee scheduling easy and simple and gives staff information of where they need to be and when - no more WhatsApp messages or lost emails, just clear instructions, all in one place. Staff can see their shifts and rotas for up to 1 week, 1 month or even 1 year in advance, once management has input the data, all via the App, all in one place.

Staff can manage holidays, absences, sick leave requests and availability to work, all via the App and they can check how many holidays are still due. Simple and clear. No more stress.

USING GPS COORDINATES

Our system features GPS tracking which makes calculating working hours extremely precise. Management can see in real time that their staff have arrived at their place of work. This can be especially useful when employers have workers going from one location to another i.e. cleaners or home carers. Push notifications are used to remind staff to start their apps, and again when their shift finishes. Should a worker forget to end their shift, it will automatically stop tracking 6 hours after the shift has ended.

The tracking function improves productivity, efficiency and accountability. Attendance reporting provides management with precise data to enable them to make decisions about staff performance etc.

REPORTS

The software can provide numerous reports and data to management to enable them to make efficient, data driven decisions. Data can be pre-set to be delivered daily, weekly or monthly, or as desired. Another unique function which we have developed is for recruitment agencies who are sending temporary staff to locations.

Instead of temporary staff presenting paper forms to managers for signature to verify hours worked, this is now done digitally. Once the temp staff member has left their place of work and ended their shift on the App, the manager will receive an email asking for verification to confirm that these hours were actually worked by the temp.

This eliminates the possibility of inaccurate hourly reporting by staff or misplaced or lost time sheets, and the data is immediately available to the temp agency who are paying the temp but billing the business.
